Released From The Pit

Something in the realm of the spirit is about to break forth. The stirring of the healing mantle is provoked as the Spirit urges me to put out writings of Jesus as Lord. A new season is upon mankind. It is time to rejoice, time for debilitating chronic fear to subside. For what has been spewed up from the evil pit has no power over the people. Like Joseph in the pit, rescue is coming from unknown and unlikely sources. The pit will never have dominion over God’s people. We have already overcome the evil one in the power of the Cross. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” (Psalms 147:3, NIV). The enormity of God’s next move has unsettled the realm of evil. ‘Oh dear, I wonder what has irked old Satan?’ There is something big and momentous behind this insidious pneumonic plague that will give God the glory. What is currently taking place is a ferocious backlash of evil. Could it be the 7-fold healing mantle assigned for this season that is tormenting the evil realm?

Blocking spirits that seems to rule over areas of human life will shift as the exponent grace given for this season stirs to expose every hidden agenda assigned against Kingdom progress. This evil will not succeed against the fullness of the New Pentecost power to be unleashed from on high, to assist and complete the end time work. The hearts that are seeking a fresh impetus for change will be rewarded.. The desire to come into the unremitting healing flow for the refreshing that comes from above is Spirit-led. Come with me people – step out of religion and step into the fathomless deep of the Spirit. Step out into the realm of blind faith, into what God has prepared for this dry season. It is unceasing ecstasy, penetrative joy and deep levels of spiritual fulfilment. It is satisfying, healing and restoring after the long fight. Jesus is Lord over the pits of evil and the spoils from the victorious outcome will not be disappointing.

Ceremonially Unclean

The legality of the Jewish law under the Old Covenant required the priest to certify the people deemed ‘unclean’ with their distressing and incurable maladies. They were certified condemned and turned away outside the city wall. The Old Mosaic Covenant, although it served its purpose in its time was inadequate and not intended as the ‘be all and end all’ of the righteous works of the people. An eternal, greater, more glorious and superior blood Covenant in Jesus our Lord would supersede what had become obsolete in the passage of time, The Spirit of Healing, the embodiment of Jesus, came robed in His eternal mantle as Deliverer of the people. He was heaven’s Great High Priest simultaneously a Prophet sent by God and mankind’s Healer..

Faith In Action

“And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.‘ (Hebrews 11:6,BSB). The intangible substance of faith is the conduit to draw on the divine power of our Lord. The woman afflicted with the issue of blood for 12 years had spent all her money on medical expenses. She consciously decided to exercise her faith when she made her way to Jesus, It would have been a last resort for healing of this woman, physically weak from losing her life flow of blood. Divine faith caused her to press through her personal struggles, through the crowd thronging Jesus to draw on the anointing. Being in His presence is releasing, captivating and healing as virtue flows from our Lord to the seeker.. All spiritual inhibitions are cast to the wind as the power breaks the fetters and heavy chains keeping bound the sick soul. Touching the hem of Jesus’ garment was all that mattered to the seeker. “She said to herself, “If only I touch His cloak, I will be healed.” )Matthew 9:21, BSB).

it was not legally permissible that she should join the throng and press her way to Jesus. But faith is a strong conviction that God is able to do exceedingly over and above what we are desiring. Further, it is an abiding assurance that Jesus is the Eternal One with all power to supply our needs. Yet, according to (Hebrews 11:1) there is no tangible evidence that one’s needs can be met. “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” (KJV). Faith goes beyond our human reasoning and understanding. Faith draws from the eternal source of divine virtue and one is borne up by the Spirit. The source of our help is in Jesus alone who has all powers to deliver the people from their afflictions. Divine faith enables one to launch into the eternal realm where the intangibility of faith is actually the only spiritual substance made available to us. God works from our total dependency upon Him to bring about our healing and to supply our needs. It is therefore impossible to please God without faith..

The Spirit of Release

(13) “When you were dead in your trespasses and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our trespasses, (14) having canceled the debt ascribed to us in the decrees that stood against us. He took it away, nailing it to the cross! (15) And having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” (Colossians 2:13-15, BSB)

The Spirit of Release is Jesus. We can be released from every form of captivity known to man. Yes, that is the power of Jesus as Lord. Jesus is Lord over the realm of evil. His time in the grave and hell after His death was to exert His power over evil. He is Lord to redeem the fallen, sick and thirsty soul. The defiance engineered by demonic forces to appose the advancement of God’s kingdom in these turbulent times will be destroyed by the superior power of righteousness.

The Spirit of Release, an end time 7-fold flow is about to be executed as we enter the 7th Sabbatical Year of Shmita (Rosh Hashanah 5782), “At the end of every seven years you must cancel debts.” (Deuteronomy 15:1, BSB). The debt of mankind’s sins was cancelled at Calvary. In turn it is time for everyone to forgive and release others. Release your pain and release yourselves from personal guilt as you forgive yourself too.

PROPHETIC FREQUENCIES

Recently I was making my way home when I heard clearly the word ‘Frequencies’. I then heard ‘Tuning into the prophetic frequencies’. I made a mental note of it and carried on with my journey. The thoughts kept coming back with more understanding about a radio frequency. It further developed into ‘The prophetic frequencies are clearer and many are tuning into the 7-Fold Churches of Asia Minor’. Almost immediately I remembered a brief encounter I had recently with someone who made a point to say to me, ‘I am prophetic and I had a revelation about the 7 Churches of Asia’. It was quickly said and nothing else followed. I was left thinking, ‘How strange’. It was as if it had to be said there and then. I remember observing how excited the person seemed on releasing her thoughts to me. I could feel the joy emanating from her at having that revelation. I was pleased for her, but as is usual with me, my spirit always go beyond what is said or done and shows me something more. I sensed she had been privy to what I have been putting out on my prophetic page. The Spirit has enabled me to circumvent my way around every obstacle the enemy has set to muzzle me and keep me silent. I have outmanoeuvred the wit of evil through the grace of prophetic writing to continue pouring forth the prophetic word given to me in 2012, ‘I want you to establish it in a conference in the place of the 7-fold churches’.

I want to say to everyone that it is your spiritual right to be hearing in the spirit what is actively being said. If one has the Spirit of God they should be picking up information on the spiritual frequencies. In this ‘pey’ decade, the spiritual realm is the most active it will every be and those who are not receiving anything should be worried. “In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams” (Acts 2:17, BSB). It is not a competitive thing but a spiritual right as a joint-heir with Jesus.

However, where I sense there is confusion and misunderstanding is in the measure of grace that is given to each one according to their prophetic remit. What the Spirit revealed regarding the prophetic frequency is that the word given to me in 2012 was a strategic revelation. Therefore, in understanding what strategic means I looked up a few definitions. Interestingly, I have never made a point of really looking into want it means to be strategic, although I often make reference to it throughout my writings. In looking for a definition I realised why I needed to get a deeper understanding of the word ‘strategic’

The word ‘strategic’ can be viewed in many ways. It is primarily about looking and thinking long term strategies to map a course of action or reach a goal. Interestingly, it requires innovative approaches, lateral thinking, having compassion for others and wanting to do the best by others to achieve an intended outcome. In order to lead others into unchartered territories, keeping focussed on the main objectives to succeed is key, Moses was a strategic leader and would have been chosen by God because of his love and compassion for his people. (24) “By faith Moses, when he was grown, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter. (25) He chose to suffer oppression with God’s people rather than to experience the fleeting enjoyment of sin. (26) He valued disgrace for Christ above the treasures of Egypt, for he was looking ahead to his reward.” (Hebrews 11:24-26. BSB) One cannot lead others without love. Without love we lose sight of being people-focussed to become self-driven and motivated by greed and power. Often these traits lead to brutal consequences to achieve one’s self interests. It is the heart that God searches out when He chooses His servant.

So what I have deduced is that those with strategic leadership or those chosen like the early prophets, receive the word pertaining to their remit long before others become aware of their call. God will speak to that individual as they embark on the lonely road to strategic destiny. They will begin to speak by faith what is given in secret in the depths of the spiritual deep. During that time of receiving the word they will begin to spiritually war over that word that will come under attack. For many years it will be just a distorted crackling frequency in the spirit realm as the spoken word resounds and pings across the vast territorial airways. The revelation/word moves with the velocity of the Spirit force. The impetus to accomplish the eternal plan is according to God’s timing. As the word hasten to fulfilment, every evil obstacle is demolished and laid bare so others chosen to perpetuate the word will hear it, believe and begin to vocalise it. As the word reaches spiritual maturity many others are Spirit-led to the audible sounds as the prophetic frequency becomes louder and clearer. Spiritually, the fight to keep that word given by God moving through the violent prophetic waters will prove to be a bloody one. There will always be casualties resulting from spiritual warfare in order to accomplish God’s will in the earth. The chosen prophets will suffer unparalleled chaos, upheaval and huge shifts to their lives. The life changes are unsettling to say the least, but the will of God will have been done to accommodate and bring to pass any Spirit-given word/revelation.

Sound Waves

Let me get back to the important point of prophetic frequencies. What are sound waves? A layman’s definition is that of travelling vibrations and echos of sounds passing through water, air or metal. Sound waves cannot travel through nothingness. Empty space or an atmospheric void without air or water will not attract sound waves because there are no air pockets or vacuums to echo through. So what I am receiving in my spirit is that the spiritual atmosphere is busy, actively resonating and echoing sounds across the vast spiritual territory. Depending on one’s sensitivity to the spiritual realm, they will be picking up these vibrating sounds and receiving intelligence whether prophetically or through divination. It really is about which spiritual realm you are operating out of.

The one chosen by God will be burdened with the message as they are set apart for a period of time to war over and pray that word into existence. A spiritual backlash will ensue just to declare and announce that word in the spiritual realm. “For no word from God will ever fail.” (Luke 1:37, BSB). Those to whom God chooses to impart a prophetic word/revelation will receive relentless attacks and fiery testings to keep it emitting sounds from its frequency as it travels through the violent prophetic waters in the vast spiritual deep. The potency of a word from God accompanied by the pre-emptory force of the Spirit, together have sovereign rule over the spiritual airways. Those with high prophetic remits or even high level diviners will pick up the remotely far-distanced sounds as the word/revelation begins to gather pace. The majority will hear those echoing sounds when the frequency is nearer and clearer, that is to say, when the word or vision is about to come to pass.

A chosen servant is therefore given a word from God as in the case of Joseph. The turn of events in his young life bringing him to a prison in Egypt was all part of his experiential journey to destiny. In (Genesis 37:5-11) the word given to Joseph, many years earlier, that he would be exalted above his kin-folks could only come to fulfilment under the right testing conditions. So, the Spirit reveals a word/revelation many years before anyone, even those sensitive to hearing and discerning in the spirit can hear it. The bearer of that word will keep moving in the realm of faith, believing that what they have received is undoubtedly a word from God. Faith is the intangible spiritual substance that keeps the word alive in one’s spirit even when everyone doubts you, mocks your faith and draw away from you. But that is ok! “And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who approaches Him must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who earnestly seek Him.“( Hebrews 11:6, BSB) . Others will not be privy to hearing it, understanding it or even believing it. Those who will be instrumental in helping to realise the vision or word will be sensitive to tuning into the prophetic frequency as the word resonates and gather pace through the spiritual atmosphere. It is like switching on a radio and trying to fine tune into crackling sounds you can hear. The distortions and interferences are many on the frequency airways.

Continuity of A Prophecy

The early prophecies of the coming Saviour born to sinful men is a proclamation heralding the Testimony of Jesus. “I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you” (Genesis 12:3). From the lineage of Abraham, Jesus would come. The spiritual journey to fulfilment would span centuries of generations running with the word. Those with the strategic vision would stoke the fire of the prophetic word leaving their legacy in the continuation of the fulfilment of the Testimony of Jesus. The prophecies are durable and forceful to accomplish the desired effect for man’s salvation. The role of the Spirit as an antenna helps to remove pirate competing frequencies. These dubious channels are engaged in high spiritual airway piracy to elicit a collateral blow to the kingdom work. The intention is to distort and corrupt the pure word. A false message takes away from the soundness of what is being conveyed by the Spirit. Of course I am referring to the realm of evil that sabotages the process to hearing from the Spirit and what is rightfully for our spiritual understanding.

Chosen prophets like Isaiah would tune into the spiritual frequency realm as led by the Spirit to receive the continuity of the word during their prophetic tenure. “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel” (Isaiah 7:14). The resonating sound waves would echo across the eternal deep for centuries, churning the prophetic waters in anticipation of the prophecy coming into being. The creative force of the eternal deep is the realm of the Spirit, wooing, hovering over and activating every word issued from the mouth of God as was evident in Creation.

Prophetess Anna

Let me draw reference to this godly woman concerning the fulfilment of the prophecies of Jesus’ birth. The time would come for the prophetess Anna, to fulfil her spiritual purpose in the continuation of the prophecies concerning Jesus. Serving under the high priesthood pf Simeon, Anna’s young married life was cut short with the death of her husband after 7 years. Pressing life changes would precipitate the alignment with the word concerning the imminent birth of our Lord. Her young life was turned over by the prophetic mantle that was stirring the spiritual atmosphere for that time. The forceful mantle would have driven her into a life of holy separation to intercede and pray the prophecy out of the realm of faith into the realm of reality as a ‘kiaros’ timing occurred between heaven and earth.

The demonic realm is active against every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. The word concerning Jesus’ birth would have attracted the high demonic princes attempting to forestall the plan for man’s salvation. A word proclaimed for the salvation of nations and the healing of the people will always meet with demonic opposition. Those serving like Anna in the temple would have been feeling the heightened backlash precipitated by evil as the imminent birth of Jesus culminated under their prophetic watch.

Tuning Into Prophetic Frequencies.

So let me condense this into a spiritual framework of understanding. Firstly when you hear a word in the spirit, receive a message, have a dream or vision will depend on when the Spirit will reveal it to you. It all depends on your prophetic remit. So in 2012 when I received the word of the 7-Fold Churches of Asia Minor relating to the Alevi christians, it was imparted to me then because of my strategic remit. However, on my experiential journey for destiny, there were other prophetic impartations prior to this time, bearing witness to my call. What they could not tell me was the nature of the call, in that it was a prophetic strategic healing and restoration call. I received dreams even as a child but did not understand their significance until the Spirit revealed in part, further along my journey.

Everything with God is to do with the fullness of a time He has set in heaven’s calendar. We come into our seasons at different times. Likewise, we operate our prophetic calls at different times. What is important is that we are hearing from the Spirit when to move, what to do, where to go and how to do what is required of us when heaven’s timing meets with earth’s calendar. For instance, many christians have received clearly their kingdom purposes over the last few years, actively preparing what the Spirit has divulged to them. This is all in preparation for the New Kingdom Order coming to the Elect Church. However, those with strategic mantles had to engage for years in a brutal war over this season’s strategic remit so that everyone can now come into their end time purpose. At personal levels you would have had to endure your own fight for your kingdom purpose but it is a strategic mantle that opens up the portals of heaven for everyone to flow into their rightful positioning for what is to come.

Those who will contend in faith must pay the price, like Anna and many strategic servants to open up the spiritual atmosphere so many souls can come to salvation. These God-chosen watchmen travail in earnest to bring destruction to pirate frequencies and shutdown Satan’s kingdom reigning in the hearts of men. “Behold, I have given you authority to tread on snakes and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will harm you.” (Luke 10:19, BSB). Our strength lies not in our ability but in the power and might of our Lord who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly more than we can ask or think. (Ephesians 3:20).

THE VISION

Timeline of Events

After many years of prophetic words being given to me and God revealing the life changes I would encounter, nothing could have prepared me for the upheaval I met with in 2010. It was just before Christmas, December 2010 that I was Spirit-ushered into a season of unprecedented chaos and change as my quiet life was turned over. By early 2011, I did not recognise my life. Today, as the Lord rebuilds my life and restore everything to me you would not think I had had those early fiery testing experiences. With the benefit of hindsight I can now see that it was the velocity of the prophetic mantle at work to bring about the necessary changes that would usher me on a lonely journey of exceptional faith.

In those early days of a life change, amidst the discomforts, loss, challenges and demonic interferences, the Spirit would continue to urge me on. Single-mindedly, in quiet confidence and obedience I ploughed on against all odds, unsure of where it would all lead. With no other life experiences of similarity to draw on, I kept moving through the choppy violent prophetic waters of blind faith. With clearer vision I can now appreciate that God, in His wisdom removed everyone from me so that I had a fair chance to birth the ministry. The church environment was not conducive as a safe birth chamber for an end time strategic healing and restoration call coming forth and thriving.

Season of Intense Revelatory Insight

The peaks and troughs of that early season then ushered me into the decade of ‘Ayin’. (5770) 2010.  It was during the 10 years from 2010 to 2019 that I encountered an active season of dreams, visions and revelations for the call.  I was Spirit-fed and informed with exceptional visionary insight of what the prophetic call would entail.  The word for Turkey, ‘I want you to establish it in a conference in the place of the 7-fold churches’ was given to me in the winter of 2012.    The full vision for the 7-Fold Churches of Asia Minor would unfold in time.  In 2015 under a strong prophetic grace to write, I released 6 books for publication.  The 7th book, ‘The Forgotten Christians of Asia Minor’, I was led to withhold from publication.  It would be during Passover 2018 that I was Spirit-urged to prepare it for publication.

As I entered the decade of ‘Pey’ (5780), 2020, the Spirit-release after Pentecost 2020 was to begin writing yet again.  What I was given to write in 2015 I was now required to release snippets on this prophetic blog site.  It is not surprising that I should be writing again as ‘Pey’ (5780), 2020 is the decade of the ‘mouth’.  All that was revealed and given during ‘Ayin’ in visions, dreams and revelations that I wrote in 7 books was now, as excerpts been released under a strong mantling.  Since Pentecost 2020 I have been pouring out, announcing and warning despite appearing to be a ‘lone voice’ in the spiritual wilderness.  The mantle I have been endowed with is a strategic one.  Therefore, my remit is undoubtedly with the leadership, particularly within the Body of Christ and nations.  God requires the Body of Christ to repent and fall in alignment with where the Spirit is leading the global Church.  Collectively we are unfit for purpose and Jesus the Head of His Church is preparing her for His return.

Restoration and Healing

As mentioned earlier, the vision for Turkey was given to me in the winter of 2012.  ‘I want you to establish it in a conference in the place of the 7.fold churches’.  It was during that exceptionally challenging season of blind faith that I was Sprit-led into a strong Turkish community to acquire a building.  Whilst there I would meet the Spirit-assigned Turkish connections as I pursued this extraordinary lonely journey.  Immense faith and trust in being Spirit-led has always brought me to each stage of the timely prophetic sign-postings.  I have never doubted God’s leading as the peace bearing me up has been next to none.  There were times when momentarily, the veil covering my humanness of vulnerability and fear would  shift, it was then I could appreciate the exceptional mantle of covering I was under.  Without this level of covering  I could not have survived to give a witness account of what an end time strategic prophetic healing and restoration mantle entailed.  Even now I cannot truly visualise the greater scheme of things unfolding around me but what I do know is that a substantial presence of the Godhead abides with me.  

I am fully aware that this strategic 7’fold healing call is for restoration of the things of God.  The call to Turkey and the restoration of the apostles work in what was once Asia Minor, is just one aspect of this phenomenal move of God.  Back in 2015, the Spirit consoled and reassured me that I would get an ‘out of Egypt deliverance’, as everyone and everything has been against me birthing this ministry. Everything is about to make sense and to unveil before our very eyes.  What a beautiful thing God is bringing about under His New Order.

The Alevi Christians

It is to the Alevi community of people that the Spirit has led me to.  They are indigenous to Turkey, living predominantly in the Anatolian regions in the South of Turkey.  Collectively, they hold strong faith that they are essentially the root from the early apostles’ work in Asia Minor.  I have done much research on this persecuted group and I was Spirit urged to write the vision entitled, “The Forgotten Christians of Asia Minor.”  “Then the LORD answered me: “Write down this vision and clearly inscribe it on tablets, so that a herald may run with it. (3) For the vision awaits an appointed time; it testifies of the end and does not lie. Though it lingers, wait for it, since it will surely come and will not delay.” (Habakkuk 2:2-3, BSB) 

I have no doubt in my mind that the Alevi people, as given me by the Spirit are the remnant of the apostles missionary work in Asia Minor.  I believe what the Spirit has revealed to me for this end time as the culminating work of the Elect Church goes into full throttle.  “For the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets” (Amos 3:7, BSB)   “Who is the Spirit of God revealing His strategic secrets too?“  ‘Don’t ask me – ask God!.’

These ardent adherents of the faith are God’s best kept secret.  They are a significant group of the end time harvest of souls to come into the kingdom of God in this full and perfect time.  Through the spiritual restoration of this group, many other persecuted christians in nations, also remnants of the apostolic; work by those who left Jerusalem under Jesus’ commission, will be released. It is full time for persecuted christians, adversely affected by religious isolation, to be restored to their full christian heritage in Jesus. A #NewPentecost outpouring will procure their rightful spiritual heritage.  

The mantle of this restoration and healing call is two-fold.  Firstly, it has come out of a painful transition from one level of ministry in a pentecostal entity.  God is now restoring the years of the destroying agents as he brings full restoration, reconciliation and healing to my family and all other families in this ‘now’ season.  Secondly, as we approach the ‘7th Sabbatical Year of Release’ (Shmita), Rosh Hashanah (5782), the healing mantle will be stirred in its fullness as we approach Sukkot, (Feast of Tabernacle) on 20th September.  It was at this yearly feast, those many years ago when Jesus announced the invitation to ‘Come Drink of Me’.  “On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called out in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.” (John 7:37, BSB).  His impassioned call to the thirsty fell on deaf ears as the religious leaders and the unsuspecting worshippers carried on in the Old Mosaic Order.  Jesus represented the New Order, a Covenant of grace but they were blinded by religion and dismissive of His Reconciliation Ministry.

‘Come, Drink Of Me’

As we approach Sukkot on 20th September, thereafter, the scene will be set, reminiscent of that last and greatest day of the feast.  In 2015 the Spirit revealed that there would be a New Order.  I have continued to pour forth and sound a scriptural shofar blast to the spiritual changes unfolding in this season.  The Invitation to ‘Come, Drink of Me’  (John 7:37) is for the Body of Christ.  It is for the imminent end time flow of the Water of Life.  The people of God, like the temple worshippers need to be vivified in this end time flow.  

It will not be the nominal changes taking place in churches, organisations and denominations that will bring the people to the higher order of kingdom works.  It will be the 7-fold restoration and healing mantle that the Body of Christ has slighted and ignored.  The mantle has been given through the prophetic ministry to prepare the end time Church for the rapture of the saints.  “in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.“  (1 Corinthians 15:52, BSB).  It will not be business as usual.  From hereon the prophetic ministry under the leading of the Spirit will be evident as never before to accomplish the will of God in the earth.  “In the last days, God says, I will pour out My Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams” (Acts 2:17, BSB).  God’s chosen servants for this end season will be visible and demonstrative under the leading of the Spirit.  

Like Moses, strategically placed by God to lead His people out of Egypt, I believe we will see this approach to leadership reinstated.  Aaron and Miriam were uncomfortable that only Moses should be hearing strategically from God.  I truly believe that this will be the case for this end time.  A new platform has been built and prepared for the end time Church,  A collective approach under the leading of the Spirit will be the new norm for the Elect Body.  A strategic unified entity will culminate the work of the Church here on earth.  If the current leaders will obey, they will be instrumental in developing the cohort of fresh willing leaders, grateful participants in the day of the #NEWPENTECOST Spirit flow.

PRAYER PLAN 2021/2022 – REPENTANCE AND ATONEMENT FOR SINS

The years are swiftly passing as Rosh Hashanah 2022 (5782) draws in. Again, for upcoming Rosh Hashanah I am posting an updated version of the Prayer Plan I send out at this time of year, inviting those who would like to prayer-partner with me during the month of Elul. The 12th month of Elul commences from sundown, Saturday 7th August to sundown 6th September for Rosh Hashanah (5782) 2022.

The month of Elul is the time when many observers of Jewish tradition go into a time of repentance and deep introspective contrition as they prepare to enter into Rosh Hashanah, one of the Jewish High Holy Days. Rosh Hashanah is known as the ‘Day of Judgement’ to Jews when God evaluates their deeds over the ending year before passing into the new year. Hence why Elul, the last month of the old Jewish year is a time of deep searching and repentance before the start of the New Year.

Elul (August-September)

In the Ecclesiastes calendar Elul was the 6th month. Exodus 32, 34:27-28 indicates that it was in the month of Elul that Moses returned a second time to the top of Mount Sinai to be in the presence of God. Exodus 37 outlines the distressing scene awaiting Moses when he descended from Mount Sinai after being away for 40 days with God. He was met with a people who had cast off restraint after casting a vile image of a golden calf using their jewellery. They would proceed to worship the golden calf that Aaron, the high priest permitted in Moses’ absence. In disbelief and outrage Moses broke the two tablets of stone engraved with the Commandment laws he had just received from God. The law is the Word and therefore we can deduce that the behaviour of the wanton lawbreakers can be likened to a rebellion and slighting of JESUS, the Law-Giver.

Elul is the 12th month in the Jewish Civil calendar. It is a month when I advocate that we spend a time of spiritual preparation and cleansing as we enter into Rosh Hashanah. Elul is the Aramaic word for ‘search’. Over the month of Elul let us search our hearts and consciences under the leading of the Spirit. As Hebrew letters and months are always given a numerical value, the numerical value for the month Elul is 67. ‘Bimah’ (Strong’s 998’) is a Hebrew word which correlates with the numerical value of 67 also.

‘Bimah’ has a Hebrew meaning of ‘wisdom and understanding.‘ The NASN Translation gives further meanings of ‘discernment and truth’. In synagogues the ‘bimah’ is the platform from which the Torah (Word) is read. Behind this raised platform there is a cabinet (symbolic of the ark) where the Torah scrolls are kept. A lamp hangs above the ark. These are all depictions of the Mosaic Tabernacle. In this month of Elul let us be mindful of its sacredness and significance. Elul’s numerical value of 67 has a mutual relationship with the raised platform in the synagogue, where the Word raises God’s people to a position of enlightenment to search for understanding, wisdom and truth. The Word is Truth and its superior knowledge of our hearts reveals the hidden nuances we harbour. Elul is the month to let the lamp of discernment shine into our beings in the presence of our Lord.

The notion of going through Elul (August/September) in a set apart time of deep meditative cleansing is in order. Self-searching in the Word is powerful to bring wisdom as one ruminates over their spiritual, emotional and relational health. Introspection aided by the Spirit brings understanding of the visceral self. “Who can discern his own errors?” Cleanse me from my hidden faults.” (Psalms 19:12, BSB). Under spiritual processing the truth is known as our works are revealed. In the ecclesiastic calendar, Elul is the 6th month and 6 is the number of sin. Hence, the gross departure from obedience to idolatry by Israel at the foot of Mt. Sinai. It is therefore a time to repent of our human failings in contrition and to forsake our sinful ways as the Spirit searches our spirit to bring clarity and discernment of the things of God. It is also a time to seek to be reconciled with estranged loved ones as Israel sought to be reconciled to God for their sin at the foot of Mt. Sinai. We must seek to do the right thing in our human relationships as God showed His people forgiveness after making and worshipping the vile image.

The beautiful works of love and forgiveness cannot be overstated as an imperative act of humility to finding acceptance in our heavenly Father. Forgiveness, confessions, repentance and forsaking our sins encapsulates the greater works of righteousness that God requires from His people over organisational works. Too much emphasis is given in organisational life to carrying out works to support the structures, processes and the business of a ministry. These organisational priorities are counted as works of righteousness by men. God’s emphasis on righteous works are related to the higher works we can attain in our Lord. It is to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. All other things we desire will be added to us effortlessly. The kingdom of righteousness relates to the inner works of grace. Many christians have learnt to toil and wear themselves out for the organic structure rather than toil at the feet of Jesus for the eternal works of righteousness procured at Calvary.

Join me for a refreshing as we hurtle towards Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacle). It was at the Feast of Tabernacle where Jesus pled to the thirsty languishing worshippers, lost in religion, ‘Come Drink of Me’. (John 7:37). The Spirit of Life, the Living Water would refresh their soul and restore them to life, if only their spiritual eyes, blinded by religion, could be opened. The bondage of the letter of the Mosaic law, now obsolete, was a deep spiritual darkness obscuring the Spirit of Light. The Book of the Law, intended only to serve for a specified time, was a signpost to the New Living Covenant, written in the blood of Jesus in fleshy thirsty hearts. The New Covenant of grace, emblematic of the glorious superior works of righteousness was potent to destroy the works of evil hatched against the kingdom of God. The efficacy of the New Covenant would do away with the need for the continual rituals and sacrificing at the yearly religious feast.

Yom Kippor
(16th September 2021)

Yom Kippor is thought to be the 40th day when Moses was in the presence of God, possibly on his second trip to the top of Sinai. Yom Kippor is the 10th day of Tishrei, the 7th month in the Ecclesiastes calendar. The no. 7 is one of the biblically perfect numbers. Tishrei is very significant in God’s Ecclesiastes calendar. The scripture above was the command given to Israel after worshipping the Golden Calf. God showed His mercy towards Israel by reinstating the Commandments with Moses again on Mount Sinai. However, the people had to repent on the 10th day of Tishrei.

According to Old Testament Lexicon, (‘anah’ 6031) gives a reference as ‘humbling one’s self or ‘abasing oneself’, ’afflicting the soul’, or ‘to bow low’. Since that day at Mt Sinai, when Israel sinned by worshipping the golden calf, the peopleI have been required to gather for a holy meeting to offer a yearly sacrifice to God to atone for their sins. It would become a requirement for all future generations forever. It would be a statute ordained of God to be observed on the 10th day of Tishrei. Now Christ has done away with the requirements to go through sacrificing and undertaking the rituals as the priests and worshippers did under the law. However, Jesus came to fulfil all the requirements of the law, since He is the Law. Therefore, one could argue that there is no need for us to engage in this Yom Kippor observance. Rightly so, but in undertaking this Day of Atonement we are not going through the letter of the law. Rather, the statute of remembrance of this Holy day of Atonement is what we are observing according to Leviticus 23:27-31. “On exactly the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement; it shall be a holy convocation for you, and you shall humble your souls and present an offering by fire to the Lord.” (Leviticus 23:27-31). Just as we observe a yearly Passover, although most christians are not aware that it is a statute given by God according to Exodus 12:14. For generations, the Jews have observed Yom Kippor as a day of atonement, according to the requirements of the law stated in Leviticus 23:27-31.

What we are doing on the 10th day of Tishrei 5782 is to afflict our soul in fasting unto the Lord. It is a personal sacrificing of self unto the Lord . I am convinced of what God is requiring of me to pass on to yourselves. There is a blessing behind this obedience. I have been doing this for a few years now and God honours this sacrifice. Let this day (Yom Kippor) be a time of spiritual cleansing, reflection and introspective searching as we show mercy to others through works of forgiveness. The scripture indicates offering a sacrifice by fire. It must therefore be an offering that burns our flesh. A cost of denying the flesh for one entire day (25 hours in Jewish custom). Resting at the feet of Jesus (our Sabbath) to seek directions and His leading in times of spiritual and global uncertainty is an urgent requirement.

God intentionally brought Israel out of Egypt by the way of the Judea Wilderness to the Promised Land. They had no knowledge of the journey ahead or how to get to the Promised Land. The body of Christ is the continuation of the desert church. The road map to heaven has not changed. Our spiritual Promised Land is still out of view, unknown, unchartered and requires God’s leading. Like the desert church, let us not cast off our confidence, waiting on God’s next move. “When the people saw that Moses delayed to come down from the mountain, the people gathered themselves together to Aaron and said to him, “Up, make us gods who shall go before us. As for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.” (Exodus 32:1, ESV). I cannot overstate just how burdened I am to bring this word and how compelling the conviction, under a Spirt-urge that the end-time church will be under strategic leadership for the final chapter of the closing church age. Stick a pin in what I have just said about ‘strategic leadership, and let us just wait to see how God will direct His end time Elect Church.

Feast Of Tabernacle (Sukkot)
(Commences sundown 20th September – sundown 27th September 2021)

I noted whilst preparing this text that Jewish festivals are primarily about grain offerings, first fruit offerings, harvesting and thanksgiving for the memorable deliverance out of Egypt and protection during the epic wilderness journey. For instance, the 12th month of the Jewish civil year is Elul (August/September). It is known as the season of the summer fruits. Tishrei, the 1st month of the Jewish Civil New Year is the plowing of the olive harvest. The entire Jewish calendar year is given to offering sacrifices for sins, giving thanks for the earth’s yield and God’s providence and protection. During Sukkot, the people would deny themselves of comfort by living in booths. They would pray a prayer for protection and light their candles. On the last day they would strike the ground with willow bundles 5 times as they circle the altar 7 times. It was on the last day at this yearly Feast of Tabernacle that Jesus stood up and gave the Invitation to ‘Come and Drink of Me’. (John 7:37)

So, firstly, we see that the principles of sowing, reaping and giving are embedded in Israel’s yearly festivals. Secondly, I see these grateful gestures of sacrifice and thanksgiving veiled in symbolisms of salvation and deliverance. It was an eternal selfless sacrifice given by a loving Saviour that secured our salvation. Our deliverance out of the pit of sin, (Egypt) is an attribution to our Lord who sent His Word to heal the people. (Psalms 105:20), The eternal cry of our Lord to repentance, an invitation to ‘Come Drink of Me’ would have echoed in the ears of spiritually deaf festival worshippers. It was a Festival of tradition,, steeped in the observance of the law and its yearly repetitive rituals. These traditions would be superseded by the sacrificial dying of our LORD on the Cross.

Jesus’ peers were spiritually blind, missing the significance of His Presence in their midst. The carrying of water from the pool of Siloam and the placing of lights in the tabernacle were symbols of the Living Water and our Lord being the Light that shines in a dark world. The rituals and gestures of traditional obeisances to God had served their time under the Law. Israel’s relationship with YHWH was on the cusp of change as the Son of God would be the Mediator between man and YHWH Gibhor, (Almighty One). The priest would no longer need to blow the shofar as a call to the start of the yearly festival. The people would have no further need to bring an animal offering so that the priests could be their mediator before God. Jesus would be the eternal offering for sin.

A FULL, COMPLETE AND PERFECT TIME FOR CHANGE

“But Moses told the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the LORD’s salvation, which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians you see today, you will never see again.” (Exodus 14:13, BSB)

With a scriptural shofar blast I announce “The LORD answered Moses, “Is the LORD’s arm too short? Now you will see whether or not My word will come to pass.” (Numbers 11:23, BSB). I declare it Ito be the full, complete and perfect time for strategic change of a new spiritual order.

Change is one of the most difficult human processes we can encounter. Change draws upon the raw emotional tenets of a person. Oftentimes an individual is a reluctant participant of the change that is taking place around them. Yet we are passive creators of change although psychologically we resist it. Life changes makes people uncomfortable, simply because at the core of our being we are creatures of habit. Dealing with change, particularly if one is averse to the purpose for change, is complex, chaotic, unwelcome and brings anxiety. An initial but natural instinct is to resist change at a psychological level. Figuratively speaking, one will ‘turn their collar up against the wind’. With this attitude, the base visceral nature is to engage in a psychological battle of the will. This level of elementary fight elicits base negative responses.

There is no evidence that one’s psychological fight is making a difference to the change process but for a time it is emotionally satisfying. Resisting and being obstinate against the proposals and plans being set in place is a revealer of our hidden self and nuances. We may even surprise ourselves at our behaviour and the inner turmoil resulting from what we see as an unfavourable situation. The true biases and social discomforts erupts to the surface of the social being. We speak from the abundance of the teeming overrun heart.

In an organisation setting, collectively workers will engage in constructive resistance, psychologically and emotionally offloading their fight to arbitration or conciliatory action. Many organisations that embark upon a change process to working practices have met with levels of resistance from employees/members that have resulted in the breakdown of longstanding relationships.

Change must be seen as a necessary evil. It is a chaotic process and requires personal and social adjustments. Yet change is a necessary part of growth and development whether denominational, organisational or personal. Change will always tap into the raw feelings of our emotions. The life shifts or denominational/organisational changes that will make a difference will always meet with angst, uncomfortableness and anxiousness. The pain brings gain as one moves with determination and grit to be all they can be under the intensity of challenges. Let us not resist the Spirit-move for this season. It would be detrimental to the spiritual aligning taking place as the wheat and tares are separated in this next move of God.

I announce that it is a full, complete and perfect timing for heaven’s 7-fold intervention in our world. Those in the Body of Christ who are seeking God’s perfect will in this season of a new change order are exasperated, tired, drained and languishing for this next move of the Spirit. “Surely the arm of the LORD is not too short to save, nor His ear too dull to hear. (Isaiah 59:1, BSB). I can go no further with this tiresome waiting. It is enough and it is full time for God to come through and act upon every word He has given His servants in the decade of ‘Ayin’ (5770-79) 2010-19. That amazing revelatory decade of dreams, visions and prophetic utterances by the Spirit must bear fruit now for this culminating season. “Surely the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.” (Amos 3:7, BSB)

I am acutely aware that my role in the greater scheme of God’s New Order is a strategic one. Hence why it has been so tough as I was trained under the auspices of a loving doting Father. I now announce the imminent move of God as the 7th Sabbatical Year of Release (Shmita), unfolds with Rosh Hashanah 5782 (2022) commencing at sundown 6th September. “And Moses commanded them, saying: “At the end of every seven years, at the appointed time in the year of release, at the Feast of Tabernacles, (11) when all Israel comes to appear before the LORD your God in the place which He chooses, you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing.” (Deuteronomy 31:10-11, NKJV) I believe it is the full, perfect and complete time for the release of the strategic 7-fold end-time healing and restoration mantle. I also believe that the ‘Come With Me’ Invitation given to me during Passover 2020, is connected to this scriptural shofar blast. “On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called out in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. (38) Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: ‘Streams of living water will flow from within him. ” (John 7:37-38, BSB). This Invitation is about to take on a life of its own for the Feast of Tabernacle, Sukkot 5782. The healing flow under the threshold of the tabernacle is about to flow immensely into the Arabah basins of our thirsty, languishing and dying world.

A BLOODY SCENE

(12) “For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.” (Hebrews 4:13, BSB).

Key Text: Ezekiel 8:1-18

Idolatry In The Sanctuary
Ezekiel’s vision is concerned with prophecy. It is God’s Word outlining what is to come to pass, in time. The scenes unfolding reveals God’s displeasure at the offences of idolatry in the Temple in Jerusalem. In Ezekiel 8, he is here whisked away in a visionary experience suspended in the heavens, and is shown the dismal spiritual state of God’s people. With the revelation given he is shown the image of jealousy and provocation set up near the north gate of the Temple. Yet the most disturbing truth was the indulgence of the leaders at all levels giving themselves to the abominations of idolatry. A jealous God reveals His displeasure to the abhorrent spirit of jealousy, an indication of spiritual infidelity. For God is jealous towards His people. This affront of evil reveals the emotions of our Lord as the intensity and exclusivity of His love for Israel, His chosen people reaches breaking point.

Ezekiel’s vision was given in the 6th month of the 6th year of Ezekiel’s exile in Babylon during Jehoiachin’s reign. The number six is generally synonymous with universal sin. On the 5th day, five being a number of grace, we see Jesus in the vision with His loins as fire, gleaming as bright as amber. The word instructs that our God is as a consuming fire. “Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us be filled with gratitude, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe. (29) “For our God is a consuming fire.” (Hebrews 12:28,29, BSB). This descriptive appearance of our Lord befits the manner in which He would appear to His faithful chosen prophets of old. There would be no doubt concerning the identity of our Lord in their hearts as they behold the awe and glorious brilliance. As faithful witnesses they are entrusted to record and make known the revelations of the Testimony of Jesus.

In the vision, Ezekiel is transported in the spirit by a lock of hair to Jerusalem to witness where the seat of jealous resided. An image was set up at the entrance of the Temple as a provocation, an effigy of defilement to a covenant-faithful God. His people had sunk to an abysmal state in idolatry. “Son of man,” He said to me, “do you see what they are doing—the great abominations that the house of Israel is committing—to drive Me far from My sanctuary? Yet you will see even greater abominations.” (Ezekiel 8:6, BSB). This 6th verse draws out the sinfulness that would cause a repulsed God to remove Himself from His sanctuary where is Name lives, the holy place consecrated and designated unto Him for His glory.

The Hidden Chamber
As the vision unfolds Ezekiel is warned to brace himself for yet worse abominations. As he is taken to the entrance of the courtyard, Ezekiel sees a cavity in the wall. He is invited to dig into the hole where it reveals an entrance. (8) “Go in and see the wicked abominations they are committing here. ”The door leads into a chamber where 70 elders of Israel are seen. (10) “So I went in and looked, and engraved all around the wall was every kind of crawling creature and detestable beast, along with all the idols of the house of Israel. (11) Before them stood seventy elders of the house of Israel, with Jaazaniah son of Shaphan standing among them.” The inner wall was covered with vile images and creatures thought to be idolatrous symbolisms of pagan gods. Israel took to pagan practices having been in exile under foreign occupation. These seventy leaders would be men of the law, priests or elders held in high esteem with leadership responsibilities over groups and family clans.

It was sometime after leaving Egypt that God instructed Moses to chose leaders to oversee groups of people in order to disseminate leader responsibility and ease the burden of his strategic work. These leaders were anointed for these roles and responsibilities. 16) “Then the LORD said to Moses, “Bring Me seventy of the elders of Israel known to you as leaders and officers of the people. Bring them to the Tent of Meeting and have them stand there with you. (17) And I will come down and speak with you there, and I will take some of the Spirit that is on you and put that Spirit on them. They will help you bear the burden of the people, so that you do not have to bear it by yourself.” (Numbers 11:16-17, BSB)

The Spirit revealed the state of Israel’s leaders whom the people looked too for spiritual guidance. Here in Ezekiel’s vision they are practising idolatry, a gross obscenity in the Sanctuary. From a leadership perspective they were setting a spiritual precedence in defiling the tabernacle. Spiritual doors were being opened in places of spiritual leadership authority. Hidden, covert works of darkness in an inner chamber of the Sanctuary reveals the state of affairs of the hearts, overrun with evil. (18) Therefore I will respond with wrath. I will not look on them with pity, nor will I spare them. Although they shout loudly in My ears, I will not listen to them.” The Lord requires that His servants be held accountable to ensure that what is written in the Book of the Law is upheld. Unreserved love and fidelity to God is required in the covenant relationship. The fulfilment of the law being love is the principle requirement of His people.

The Burning of Incense
“Each had a censer in his hand, and a fragrant cloud of incense was rising. (Ezekiel 8:11, BSB).” Each of the seventy leaders was holding a censer. According to Strong’s (H4289). ‘machtâh’ was a ‘censer’ or ‘bowl’ to carry the fragrant incense. The purpose of the censer in the order of the Tabernacle rituals is recorded in Numbers 16:18 – “And they took every man his censer, and put fire in them, and laid incense thereon, and stood in the door of the tabernacle of the congregation with Moses and Aaron.” The priest would put coals on the altar and proceed to pour sweet fragrance upon the coals.

The burning of incense on the alter was a legal requirement under the law during the time of the First Covenant. (1) “Aaron must burn fragrant incense on the altar every morning when he tends the lamps. (8) He must burn incense again when he lights the lamps at twilight so incense will burn regularly before the LORD for the generations to come. (Exodus 30:1,7-8)  It was the responsibility of Aaron the High Priest to tend to lighting the lamps in the tabernacle over the course of the day. The lights burning was a representation of Jesus and his eternal state as light of the world that shines in a dark place. The fragrant incense on the alter would rise as sweet perfume with the scent pervading the atmosphere. From a spiritual perspective, under the New Covenant of grace, the prayers of the saints would rise as a pleasing sacrificial offering in the nostrils of God. When taken off the altar, the incense and the live coals were carried behind the veil by the priest to be placed before the Lord. “and put the incense on the fire before the LORD, that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is over the testimony, so that he does not die.” (Leviticus 16:13, ESV). The smoke was thought to be a covering of protection, a smokescreen. It illustrated a veiled covering of our Lord as it was not yet the time of revealing of the New Covenant that would rent the veil of separation from God. Our Lord would become the veil that would be torn away from shrouding access to the Father. The fragrant incense of smoke would rise covering the Mercy Seat that was upon The Testimony.

The golden altar of incense was an artefact in the Tabernacle. The Priest would humbling enter face down behind the veil. He would carry out the yearly ordinance in awe and fear and exist backwards, face down saying a prayer. No one can look upon the face of God and live hence why access to the Father is through the Son of God. The holy presence of God that filled the Holy of Holies was fearfully awesome. “which had the golden altar of incense and the gold-covered ark of the covenant. This ark contained the gold jar of manna, Aaron’s staff that had budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant.” Hebrews 9:4). This golden censer was used by the High Priest on the yearly Day of Atonement. A typology of Jesus the Intercessor of mankind and His perpetual covenant of grace. Under the covering of grace we are recipients of eternal life. The rising of the holy odour of sacrifices by God’s people as they pour out from longing grateful hearts is pleasing and an acceptable offering.

All that was predicated in the law was being desecrated under the guise of worship. The secret chamber of the hearts of the leader had fallen into disrepute and apostasy. It was a departure from truth as they covertly hid behind religion whilst sliding into spiritual oblivion. It was a severing from a covenant-relationship of integrity to the Most High God.

Weeping for Tammuz
There were yet more abominations for Ezekiel to witness. (14) “Then He brought me to the entrance of the north gate of the house of the LORD, and I saw women sitting there, weeping for Tammuz.” Tammuz was a mythical being worshipped amongst many of the pagan nations, substituting the name according to their preferred deity. The women of Israel would weep outside the temple for Tammuz during the summer solstice. This was yet another abomination before God. What God required from His people was a repentant heart burdened with the prevalence of sins in the nation. The daughters of Zion had lost the burden to mourn and weep over Israel, rather they were under a bondage weeping for Tammuz, depicting a gross love of false worship. God determined to bring in the slayers but those who would sorrow over sinfulness would be spared from the slaughter to be unleashed for unfaithfulness and rebellion. “…And He called to the man clothed in linen who had the writing kit at his side. 4“Go throughout the city of Jerusalem,” said the LORD, “and put a mark on the foreheads of the men sighing and groaning over all the abominations committed there.” (Ezekiel 9:3-4, BSB)

Generational Sins
(16) “Before them stood seventy elders of the house of Israel, with Jaazaniah, son of Shaphan standing among them. Each had a censer in his hand, and a fragrant cloud of incense was rising.” (17) “Son of man,” He said to me, “do you see this? Is it not enough for the house of Judah to commit the abominations they are practicing here, that they must also fill the land with violence and continually provoke Me to anger? Look, they are even putting the branch to their nose! “. Clearly, false religion and apostasy are generational iniquities amongst God’s people. These are only some of the seven sins Jesus told John who was marooned on Patmos, to warn the 7 churches of Asia Minor.

What is the significance of the holy incense and leadership? It represents a gross defilement and a departure from the holy order set for worship. This verse clearly highlights the generational passing of idolatry, an iniquitous sin. Ezekiel’s vision reveals Shaphan’s son, Jaazaniah as one of the leaders in the hidden chamber of the temple. Shaphan was secretary to King Josiah.

During King Josiah’s reign the Book of the Law was discovered amongst the ruins of the second temple in Jerusalem. It was Hilkiah, the Priest instructed to oversee the repairing of the temple who came upon the Book of the Law, buried in the rubble. Shaphan the secretary took it to King Josiah. When the King read what the Law required of the people, knowing their fallen state, King Josiah rented his royal robe (mantle) and repented. He set about reforming worship throughout the land. Repentance was here being led from a strategic state level. Josiah’s purging of idolatry in the land would go some way to eliciting the favour of God for an apostate nation.

Now here in verse 16 we see Shaphan’s son Jaazaniah as an active participant, indulging in idolatry. The number seventy is a perfect and complete order of God’s law and divine judgement. A precedence was being set by the leaders to bring the people into a complete and perfect departure from God’s law. It is a serious act of leadership folly incurring the wrath of God that would bring divine judgement. Ezekiel sees generations of the same leaders under King Josiah’s reign in the temple committing the sins the people partook of. Again, we see seventy elders, priests of the Temple indulging in pagan practices.

Marked For Protection
The time comes when God rouses Himself from His holy place. “Then the glory of the God of Israel rose from above the cherubim, where it had been, and moved to the threshold of the temple.” (Ezekiel 9:4, BSB). The people had cast off restraint believing that God did not see their evil works. But the omniscient eyes of the Spirit sees, discerns and searches out all things. In this current season, everything that is hidden will be revealed and made known. The sins of our enemies will be placed on the rooftop of the houses. It is time to repent of the hidden works and make right before a holy faithful God.

The destroyers, six angels were despatched from heaven to slay those who would not weep over the fallen state of the erring people. The only covering of protection from the sword was the mark on the foreheads of those to be spared. It would be Jesus, seen in Ezekiel’s vision who carries the ink kit at His side. He who knows the hearts of men, the hidden recesses in a chamber of the visceral self, knows them that are His. God would not relent from bringing judgement. (18) “Therefore I will respond with wrath. I will not look on them with pity, nor will I spare them. Although they shout loudly in My ears, I will not listen to them.”

The blood splatter of the slain, enemies of our Lord will be a bloody scene to behold. In Isaiah 63, the prophet gets a glimpse in the spirit of our Lord as victor returning from the bloody battle at Bozrah. Jesus is seen as an ominous lone figure returning from the slaughter of His foes. His blood stained garment, dripping in the blood of His enemies. Figuratively, He is depicted as one who had laboured intensively to tread the grapes of wrath as in a winepress. The scriptures revealed that Jesus kept vengeance in His heart. He was seen coming back from Bozrah vindicated and justified. The triumphant display of His wrath was memorable and satisfyingly poured out on the enemies of God, as they are destroyed with the sword of His vindication. “The Word of God is the Testimony of Jesus, bearing witness as the Son of God. “Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear and obey what is written in it, because the time is near.” (Revelation 1:3, BSB)

“May the high praises of God be in their mouths, and a double-edged sword in their hands, (7) to inflict vengeance on the nations and punishment on the peoples, (8) to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with shackles of iron, (9 )to execute the judgment written against them. This honour is for all His saints.” (Psalms 149:6-9, BSB)

JEWISH NEW YEAR PRAYER OBSERVANCES

‘Come With Me’ Invitation’

‘‘For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and currents on the dry ground; I will pour out My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring.” (Isaiah 44:3, ESV)

It was at the Feast of Tabernacle (Sukkot), an important Holy Festival in Jewish history, when Jesus pled for everyone to come and drink of Him. (John 7:37). He is the Living Water for all mankind who will heed the call to ‘come and drink’ from His Source of Life. A refreshing in a spiritually barren desert clime. The background to Jesus’ invitation is set in a context of recrimination towards our Lord. The age-old spiritual conflict between good and evil is being played out as the Spirit of Life, pours forth an invitation to the Living Waters that the people so desperately needed to refresh the letter of the law that was killing them in religion. “And He has qualified us as ministers of a New Covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” (2 Corinthians 3:6, BSB). By the promise of the New Covenant we are vivified in the overflow of the Spirit that generates new life. ‘Wherever the river flows, there will be swarms of living creatures and a great number of fish, because it flows there and makes the waters fresh; so wherever the river flows, everything will flourish.’ (Ezekiel 47:9, ESV)

These yearly Jewish observances are sacred holy days in the Ecclesiastes calendar from where God is thought to work from. The Spirit has dealt with me over previous years at these sacred times to spiritually discipline myself and spend time in consecration. Now, in 2020 He has instructed me to announce to the people to ‘Come With Me’ as an invitation to follow me as I follow the Lord Jesus on this incredibly unusual spiritual experience. Of course many will turn their noses up at the very idea that this should be the case. I do not think there is an alternative. Believe me, my spiritual journey has prepared me for this time. God only needs the one He chooses. That one with God is the majority. From hereon, I truly believe that the last chapter of our spiritual journey to heaven will be strategically coordinated. Just as the final chapter of slavery in Egypt for the Israelites was strategically coordinated by God through His chosen servant, Moses. To understand and to follow on to know what God is doing strategically in this end time will come from the mouth of JESUS, the Spirit of Prophecy to His chosen servants for this moment.

The 9th Hour Prayer

During my prophetic journey it was Spirit-revealed to me, the importance of the ecclesiastical order and its relevance in bringing about an end time healing ministry. The Spirit also instructed me in 2015 to make preparation for an ‘out of Egypt’ deliverance that He would bring about. God has also revealed and made known to me the significance of the 9th Hour Prayer time. It is just a simple instruction given to me and I try to follow through with it. Not everyday I pray at this time but when I am doing a special sacrifice or if I am praying about a need I will incorporate this special prayer time. Usually the Spirit reminds me as the time approaches. I do not need to be home to do it. I just keep a watch on the time. I will sit in a park, in a cafe over a cup of tea or just walking, observing the people and quietly pray for a short while and conclude by giving thanks. “So, is it important for us today to observe the 9th hour prayer watch?” Perhaps so! This is a dream I had 2 days into the 49 days of counting down for Pentecost/Shavuot 2020. ‘I was standing in a barber’s salon and as I looked at the clock on the wall it was 3pm. But the two hands on the clock were jarring together and the time stood still. Every time the smaller hand tried to move just past 3pm it was making a jarring sound. I said to the barber that the clock hands were stuck. He tried to prise them apart but could not fix it. Then he said it is probably to do with a problem upstairs. I looked up at the ceiling and it was then I was hearing a faint disturbance upstairs and noticing a slight tremor on the wall.

The next day I pondered over the dream as my attention was alerted to the 3pm timing. I quickly went through my old notes for information I had written, sometime in 2018 about the 9th hour prayer deliverance. At that moment, I knew instinctively that God was saying to me that I had forgotten to commence praying on the 9th hour each day over the 49 days of Pentecost into the 50th day. The hands being stuck at 3pm was an indication that something was wrong. There was a problem upstairs in the spirit realm. I repented for the oversight and commenced praying at 3pm from the next day, the 3rd day of the count down. Since doing that I have felt peace knowing that I was now praying at 3pm each day of the remaining 47 days of the Pentecost countdown. It is important for me anyway because God required that I understand these fundamental underpinning biblical principles and how they work for miracles and deliverance.

Let us go into Exodus 12 and take a look at the Passover reference to the 9th hour. God instructed Moses to say to Israel, ‘Now you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month. Then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening’. Exodus 12:6). When God instituted the Feast of Unleavened Bread or Passover in Egypt on the eve of Israel’s deliverance, He commanded that the sacrificial lamb be killed at evening which is thought to be from about 3pm onwards. God’s chosen people would observe this sacred time as they prepare to leave Egypt the place of suffering and forced labour. This is corroborated in the New Testament when Jesus the Paschal Lamb was crucified. It was the 9th hour of the day when Jesus gave up His Spirit on the Cross after lingering and suffering in pain throughout the long day. The scriptures say, ‘And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?” interpreted,, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?’ Jesus was delivered at about 3pm. The fact that Jesus suffered for the greater part of the day and cried out about the 9th hour is intentionally significant.

There are other biblical references to the 9th hour deliverance, including Cornelius praying for his household’s salvation. Answer came at about the 9th hour for deliverance and salvation.

Lord Of The Sabbath

Strong’s (7673) ‘Sabbath’, gives an interpretation to ‘cease’, ‘desist from’ and ‘to rest’. In Creation, God worked for 6 days and rested on the 7th day. This founding principle is to be observed as a biblical model. The day comes when one ceases from living and desist from his physical life’s labour. Equally, there is an eternal rest secured under the New Covenant of Promise, instituted in the perpetual sacrifice obtained under the Blood of our Lord, flowing in the bowels of mercy and grace. What I am getting in my spirit is that God requires His people to understand that there is still yet a higher quality of rest in Him.

I believe we have missed the higher calling in Christ Jesus in our works. We have become complacent and over familiar with church life. In this season the Spirit of Truth will sit as the Refiner, to judge our works. The Spirit will strip away the need to be doing, working and exerting effort rather than resting at Jesus’ feet. Our righteous works becomes null and void, even unacceptable before God when it is conditioned on meeting expectations and organisational focused needs. In fact, we should not be expending such energy and time on Christians bloated and disabled on religion. Their sufficiency must be in Jesus Christ their Sabbath. There must also be a status quo shift to prioritising the harvesting of the end time souls out of Egypt (the world). When the time for harvesting of ripen crops is in season, in farming communities, it is a tradition for all hands to be ‘on the deck’ to bring in the bountiful yield. There is excitement and joy as communities collectively haul in the yield. It is the reward for hard labour.

Labouring in travail as we engage in what we are commissioned to do is the example set by our Lord. Often in scripture He would leave the disciples and crowd of followers to travail in prayer in Gethsemane. It is not about works otherwise we would boast on those less able. It is really about finding our rest, that place of intimacy in the Lord of the Sabbath. He will then instruct us how to do what He requires to be done and when.

Jesus is mankind’s Great Deliverer. His Ministry of Reconciliation is veiled in these symbols of Jewish Festivals. Let me take you to John 7. It is a scripture, poignant in bringing across the repetitive cycle of rejection, being misunderstood and the evil chatter that Jesus faced amongst His peers. The scriptures reveal here that even His brothers did not believe in Him. (John 7:5) “Now the Jews’ Feast of Booths was at hand.” (John 7:2, ESV). Jesus makes His way to Jerusalem to this great yearly Feast. He goes into the temple and begins teaching. A discourse unfolds as His enemies proffer that He has a demon. He cites Moses giving them the Law but that they were lawbreakers.

The angst of the religious leaders was always regarding Him breaking the Sabbath law. “If on the Sabbath a man receives circumcision, so that the law of Moses may not be broken, are you angry with me because on the Sabbath I made a man’s whole body well?” (John 7:23, ESV). Jesus is Lord of our Sabbath. These religious leaders were scholars who knew the law. Yet, the spiritual darkness grossly enveloping their spiritual sight left them focussing on the background rather than the object. Figuratively, Jesus sounds the shofar-call, lifting up His horn of salvation and cries, ’Come all ye that are heavy laden I will give you rest’. In Him we can find our rest through salvation and being delivered from the law of bondage. This understanding would almost always escape these religious folks who misjudged Jesus and showed disdain towards His Ministry of Reconciliation.

Blowing The Shofar

How fitting that Jesus should rise to the occasion of sounding the alarm on Zion’s Holy Hill, Jerusalem. He boldly announces His mandate to refresh the thirsty soul. “On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and cried out, “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink.” (38) ‘Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.” (John 7:37-38, ESV). The opportunity is presented today to ‘Come With Me’ on this extraordinary journey of spiritual awakening as the promise of an imminent end-time flow is released upon our broken and sick world. Today, the Spirit has placed it in my spirit to blow the proverbial shofar. I hereby sound the alarm “Come, all of you who thirst, come to the waters;…’ (Isaiah 55:1, ESV). I announce, first to the people of Zion by sending forth this ‘Come With Me’ Invitation. Rivers of living water will flow out of your bellies to quench the thirsty soul. Get into the Spirit flow that will burst the banks of tradition and observances and collapse the walls of spiritual captivity. Do not reject our Lord’s Invitation to ‘Come and Drink of Me’. It is for the end time refreshing that is so vital in this dry clime.

In Genesis 22:13, we see the God of provision at work for Abraham. A ram is caught in the thicket by its horns, as Abraham prepares to sacrifice his only son Isaac. ‘Abraham looked up and there in a thicket he saw a ram caught by its horns. He went over and took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering instead of his son’. I have a preference for the (KJV) translation of Strong’s (5645) Hebrew, to draw reference to the word ‘thicket’ or ‘copse’. My thoughts are that of Jesus as the ram, the Holy Sacrifice provided from the foundation of the world. Jesus our Paschal Lamb, caught in the thicket of human life, experienced what we go through to bring credence to being the perfect sin offering. The ram was caught by his horns in the bush and would have struggled to be free. The horn depicts the strength of an animal and is a weapon as they struggle for territorial dominance. Jesus is our strength and He sets men free in the spiritual struggles. He has won the battle against the realms and territories of evil, taking them captive under His dominion. He is LORD and we can take hold of the horns of salvation at the altar, drawing upon His strength as we linger in His presence. “The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold’ (Psalms 18:2, NIV).

At the Feast of Tabernacle in Jerusalem, Jesus’ invitation to the thirsty hearts to come and drink of Him would give strength to the weary, lift up the fallen and raise the spiritually dead. Joel pleaded, “Blow the ram’s horn in Zion; sound the alarm on My holy mountain! Let all who dwell in the land tremble, for the Day of the LORD is coming; indeed, it is near“ (Joel 2:1, BSB). The horn is therefore a symbol of spiritual warfare also. As the released Word is sounded in the atmosphere the territory becomes spiritually active. The cry of our Lord to come and drink of Him is causing the chaos in our world as the time for the healing rains sweeps in. It is time to arise out of sleep. The season of induced slumber by the enemy is over as the prophetic mantle stirs the lax spiritual environment. Those who are already aroused may be wondering, ‘What next Lord’? ‘Where do we go from here’? The time calls for penitent soul searching to be in the will of God.

The Body Of Christ

I am convinced, that like the desert church, the end time church has arrived at a pivotal juncture in the 7 church periods of history. We have evolved as splintered spiritual groups, denominations and individual entities in the fullness of time. The body of Christ has morphed beyond anything we could have imagined. It is a global collective platform of cultures, sects, ideologies, schools of thinking, diversely orthodox to charismatic and all that falls between these spectrums. We have a plethora of differentiations. It would appear to be a seamless tapestry work of religion. However, when the Spirit, the seven eyes of God zooms in, a chequered, frayed, poorly woven, mix-match and discolouration of our righteous works is revealed. Much effort has gone into our labour but under the scrupulous examination of the Spirit it is a fractured and hurting entity that falls short of Jesus’ kingdom quality, (Romans 12). I first preach to myself and at this point I pause to let my tears flow as I prayerfully ask for God’s mercy for the global body of Christ The Spirit urges me to sound an alarm that the body of Christ has got it so wrong. We are the generation who are privileged to live in the time of the rapture of the saints. Many of us will not experience death but will be caught up. A great demand, a fearful responsibility now rests upon this new generation of fresh leaders. A window of opportunity is being presented and we must get it right and set the House of God in divine order, under the leading of the Spirit. There is an end-time anointing of 7-fold magnitude for this season and under this prophetic mantle of velocity, we will see the perfecting of the saints accelerated beyond anything seen in the 7-church periods.

At this present time, I perceive in my spirit that the body of Christ, perhaps oblivious to many who are seeking to reinstate church life, is awaiting a fresh move of God. It will not be business as usual. It is in order for one to cease from their works and be still. To declare, ‘I do not know what to do Lord’. ‘Let me be still and wait on your next move for mankind’. I sound a scriptural shofar-warning; ’Tell the nations, God has roused Himself from His holy place’ (Zechariah 2:13)

This ‘COME WITH ME’ INVITATION is a call to a Spirit-led soul searching move of God. As we approach Rosh Hashanah 2022, it is not about celebrating this Jewish New Year per se. Rather, it is using the biblical text to road map the course ahead, as the Spirit reveals. From a Spirit-led enlightenment, I have drawn reference, from my limited understanding of the way God has dealt with the desert church through His chosen servant Moses. I sense a reversing of things as there will be a Spirit shift as God provides strategic leadership through His chosen servants for this time. The individual whom God has chosen, trained and prepared for this time with the healing and restoration mandate, will be ushered to the global platform shortly. I know that because of the fear, death and destruction occurring. It is an indication of an evil backlash to thwart the next move of God. The Spirit-demonstration of this healing mantle upon this chosen servant will unequivocally and without question, be of God. The world needs God’s intervention to dispel the spirits of fear, sickness and death and to bring healing, restoration and salvation for this time.

THE 7-FOLD CHURCHES OF ASIA MINOR

(11) saying,e “Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.” (Revelation 1:11, BSB)

Writing is the means by which the Lord chose for me to release all that He has given me as I was muzzled, ostracised and relegated to the peripherals of the church. It is now 10 years since those early days of mistreatment and like Joseph, I was forgotten, on a testing journey as everyone carried on with their lives. Well, it was on the 19th June 2021 I heard in my spirit ‘someone remembered Joseph’. Today, someone will remember me because God is the orchestrater of divine connections. I now await the fulfilment of a dream I had some 3 years ago, where two men in military uniforms were hurrying up a gradient calling out ‘Who Is Gwendolyn Smith?’. ‘Where is she?’. As I watched from the edge of my dream, I could see there was excitement on their faces as they hurried to find me and be in my presence. I announce that It is my season to be released from this place of waiting.

I have come to realise that the grace given me to write is the trajectory of where the Spirit is leading. It is no surprise to me as this mantle endowed upon me is a strategic one. I remember writing in one of my 2015 books that what I was being fed by the Spirit is that for the end time global Church, and by that I mean the Elect Body of Christ, there would be a unified approach to culminating the Kingdom work here on earth. Like Israel leaving Egypt, we are leaving a spiritual Egypt for Canaan. The journey in this end time will test our faith and confidence in God as the world order becomes more controlling and restrictive in an effort to maintain law and order. Repression, state control and curtailment of civil liberties will only increase as mutant variants of the demonic virus continues to weaken economies and wreak havoc in the nations. The fear coming to mankind will be real. Since 2015, I have continued to believe that there will be a Spirit-led strategic and unified approach to culminating the Kingdom work. It will be evident that it is mandated by God, through a chosen servant. God will speak through His chosen servant as He did with Moses to lead the desert Church.

I announce that there will be strategic leadership through a chosen servant to lead the end time Church through the perils facing mankind as we prepare to be with the Lord. As God showed with Joshua, chosen after Moses’ death, He will let the watching world know that He is with this chosen prophet to provide strategic leadership. “And the LORD said unto Joshua, This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee.” (Joshua 3:7, KJV)

The Pied Piper of Hamelin

I will now recall a dream I had quite a few times as a child. This Germanic folklore tells of a town overrun with rats and a piper lures them away by playing a flute . It concludes with a twist of vindication. The mayor of the town did not pay the piper for his services to rid the place of the rats and so he decided to play the beautiful captivating tune to lure the children of the town to follow him to paradise. He began playing his piper and the children skipped and danced, following him out of the town to a beautiful paradise. The folks were bereft with grief at the absence of their children. Hamlin became a place without joy and laughter as the sounds of children playing and seeing them active in the life of the homes and community came to an abrupt and eerie end.

The dream I had was of me playing a flute, flying high above the earth over hills and mountains, joyous as throngs of people followed me through the atmosphere. It was the most beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. The procession of multitudes of people were just coming, coming, coming over the distant horizon. As far as my eyes could behold it was a sea of happy people, singing, praising God and clapping their hands. Each time I turned my head to look behind, the endless stream of people of all nations kept coming over the horizon. It was electric.

A Word for Turkey

I have no doubt whatsoever that the dream is linked to the word given to me in the winter of 2012. ‘I want you to establish it in a conference in the place of the 7-fold churches’. The ‘out of Egypt’ deliverance that God has promised me in 2015 is the means by which the word given to me can come to pass in this season. An audacious move of evil has been hatched against any move of God to bring the persecuted church out of captivity in the nations. This move of God to bring the other sheep, not yet of this fold into the Body of Christ, is the crowning glory of His Elect Bride. The enemy has been using pious leaders and people in the Body of Christ to resist this move. But the fear of the Lord is returning to the Body of Christ as it is lopped off and scaled down to the Elect Bride of Christ. In 2020 a brazen attempt to prevent a move of God in the nations has been raging. Be not deceived people. The pandemic is a satanic force of strength to detract from the momentous New Order that God is ushering in for healing and restoration. Our Sovereign Lord, conferred with all power in earth and heaven will take advantage of the dire situation for His glory.

The Year of Release

“And Moses commanded them, saying, At the end of every seven years, in the solemnity of the year of release, in the feast of tabernacles, (11)when all Israel comes to appear before the LORD your God in the place which He chooses, you shall read this law before all Israel in their hearing.” (Deuteronomy 30:10-11, KJV).

The healing and restoration of the nations is about to unfold as we enter Rosh Hashanah 5782 (2022), (6th – 8th September). “On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and called out in a loud voice, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.” (John 7:37, BSB). The Feast of Sukkot, also known as the Feast of Tabernacle will be from 20th-27th September. The purpose of this important Festival in Jerusalem was for the people to commemorate the time during the wilderness journey when God gave provisions and protection to Israel. The significance of Jesus standing up on the last day at this great Feast and crying out ‘Come, Drink of Me’, was overlooked by the misguided people. It was actually an appeal to their spiritually thirsty hearts. He was the living water of life that would flow under the tabernacle of the living temples and the light that was to shine forth out of a dark place with illuminating works of righteousness.

We are coming into the 7th Sabbatical Year of Release (Shmita), (5782) – 2022. We are in a time of global healing when the people will be released from every captivity of sin. The fear of the Lord will come upon the people as they are made whole in the glorious presence of the Lord. This outpouring of healing and restoration will be like no other time in the history of the church periods. We have fallen short of God’s righteousness and the cleansing flow will bring healing in the recesses of the base visceral self. All that has lain hidden, undisturbed, comfortable and resident in the deep chambers of the heart will writhe and shift in fear as the forceful word provokes the lax atmosphere. It is the complete and perfect time to be released from every hidden sin. A time to repent and forgive your enemies and to do due diligence to those you have wronged.

As we are ushered into Rosh Hashanah 5782 (2022) on 6th – 8th September, I can announce that it will be a significant year of spiritual change. I believe we will see the release of the healing flow from under the threshold of the tabernacle – a reference to the Holy Spirit outpouring coming to our thirsty, sick and dying world. It is a time for rejoicing in a season of world chaos and unprecedented sickness and death. The best is yet to come, people.

SNAKE IN THE BREAD

The Seed of The Woman Shall Crush The Head of the Serpent

(14) “Then the LORD God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, you are cursed more than all animals, domestic and wild. You will crawl on your belly, grovelling in the dust as long as you live. (15) And I will cause hostility between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring. He will strike your head, and you will strike his heel.” (Genesis 3:15, NLT)

In this end season God is dealing with systemic injustices. The church community will not escape the sword prepared for this end season to obliterate and cut into the issues of church life. Denominations and church organisations are not untouchables, therefore a clean sweep by the Spirit of Truth will unearth the hidden matters lain in the foundations of religion. The offensive religious spirit was detested by Jesus. It is a serpent spirit covertly camouflaged and coiled around the machinations of organisational structures. It will be destroyed in this New Order as the 7-fold eyes of truth reveals its deep hidden works.

I will briefly bear out some important points of a dream I had on the 19th May 2020.

Firstly, just let me put my dreams into context by explaining that I am often seen in a dream as though flowing through the scene with a smile on my face. I am usually unconnected to what is taking place. I am there as a passing observer to witness what the Spirit is revealing. Sometimes I am standing on the edge of my dreams just looking in with an angel or heavenly being showing me something or listening to a conversation. The Spirit shows me a scene, often in relative silence or perhaps a very, very brief remark is offered. If I ask a question I may get a one or two word response. The point being made is that I take note of what I am beholding, hearing and sensing. When I awake from sleep I then try to make sense of it. The Spirit has helped me develop a unique and consistent approach to dream interpretation based on my experiences. I believe it works for me as prophetic signposting has led me to the cusp of change for a global strategic end-time No.7 prophetic healing and restoration ministry. I trust God to give understanding and clarity so that I remain spiritually informed.

Snake In The Bread Dream

In this dream on the 19th May 2020, I was flowing through the dining room of a church and not part of the actual scene. There was a kitchen off the dining area and a beautifully laid out table was being prepared for a banquet with leaders. As I walked past the table I saw a minister placing a large wicker basket of bread rolls in the centre of the dinner table. As he turned back into the kitchen, it was at that moment I was flowing past the table smiling as I glanced across at the bread basket with my eyes fixed on a large headed, smooth scaled, glossy skinned snake slowly emerging out of the bread. Its under body colour was pale off-white with its upper sides soft cream and its top-side very light golden brown with patches of darker flecks. It was perfectly camouflaged against the bread colours, almost undetectable but for its slithering movement. It was slowly moving through the middle of the inner soft white bread out of the basket. I immediately put out a warning, ‘a snake is coming out of the bread.’ The minister immediately ran back to the table and tried to grapple with the snake. Immediately a senior Bishop ran from out of an adjoining room on hearing my alarm. He proceeded to take over from the minister. He struggled with the beast, firmly trying to take hold of its head. I then noticed that where he was holding the snake, just under its broad head, the forked fangs protruding from its open mouth were long enough to nip his hand. So I said, ‘Your not holding the snake right. You must get hold of its broad head and clasp it jaws together’. He immediately moved his hands slowly up the head of the snake to grip its jaws together. The other minister struggled with the long body of the ferocious writhing snake as they pulled it out of the bread and went off with it.

This was a dream that I have pondered over time and time again. I now feel I should share it more widely. It concerns me because of these times with the rise of the deceptive influences of evil against the end time Body of Christ. The Spirit fed my spirit with the scripture of the seed of the woman crushing the serpent’s head. Genesis 3:15. The seed of the women is the righteous seed of our Lord Jesus, the only defence we have against the encroaching evil that has infiltrated the Church. This spirit is against doctrinal purity. These are my brief notes I have scripture-framed for a Godly understanding of the dream.

The Snake:

The colours of the snake are earthy tones indicating a disarming approach. Earthy colours do not shock you or arouse any particular interest but are neutral and placate any fears aroused or held. Snakes are reptiles and some species of reptiles are like chameleons that blend into and manipulate their environment to disguise themselves. Manipulation is a witchcraft spirit to dominate and control. The spirit of camouflage is also intended to disguise, mimic and deceive. The source of the spirit of deceit must be identified and dealt with as it will destroy many others, if left unchecked. Snakes will blend into their environment to avoid detection until the moment is right to strike its prey. Snakes can detect a prey by its body heat after it has been stung with debilitating venom. It will follow its prey until it succumbs to the poisonous venom. “Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)

The Banquet:

The time of rejoicing and celebration is a time when people are relaxed and off guard. The fact that the spread was laid out for leaders is a classic. The spirit of deception affects people at all levels across a church or organisation. However, Satan’s target is with the leadership. If the ministry/leadership teams can be infected and contaminated by impureness, then those few bad apples will eventually spoil the whole tree. But more importantly, they have the platform to prolifically corrupt the unsuspecting mass with impure teachings. That is what Satan is about, to ultimately cause leaders to err by proliferating defilement of the sacred Word. The banquet setting is where food is eaten. This can be spiritually interpreted as whatever the leaders digest is passed to the people, through the teaching and preaching ministries. Potentially, the contents of the impure heart of leaders is the means by which infection is transferred to the whole church. Therefore the contaminated word from an impure heart is the source from which the bread is prepared and fed to the people. What comes out of a man is what defiles him. So what is digested and churned over in the heart is what will come out of the mouth. “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12.

The Bread:

The bread represents the Word of God. This is the serious message being conveyed in this dream, that the leadership in the Body of Christ is entrusted to guard the biblical truths of our faith. You see, the Word is Jesus. If we fail to represent Jesus in our speech, thoughts and service unto others, as the living, written and spoken Word, it is palpable to denying our Lord. At every opportunity the Evil One seeks to penetrate leadership tiers, irrespective of the denomination, so that the Testimony of Jesus is presented to bring confusion and duplicity. If leaders lack discernment to detect, flush out, call out sin and guard what is prepared in the kitchen (the heart), Satan seizes the opportunity to deceive the Body of Christ.

The snake hidden in the bread indicates a strong attack of evil being prepared against the hearts of the dining leaders. Dreams give us warning as they are prophetic insights of what is to come. Hence why I need to make this known. (39) “One of them went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine and gathered from it his lap full of wild gourds, and came and cut them up into the pot of stew, not knowing what they were. (40) And they poured out some for the men to eat. But while they were eating the stew, they cried out, “O man of God, there is death in the pot!” And they could not eat it. (41) He said, “Then bring flour.” And he threw it into the pot and said, “Pour some out for the men, that they may eat.” And there was no harm in the pot. (2 Kings 4:39-41).

The Kitchen:

The kitchen in a dream denotes the heart. It is the heart of a home, where healthy meals are prepared to nourish and feed the family. The bread was being brought out of the kitchen, and is an indication that the problem leaders are facing is about the heart. Ministries and denominations are governed by many leaders with spiritual cardiac problems. As it was a banquet for many leaders it is a strong indication that the problem is a widespread collective issue. A Spirit-led unified approach in the Body of Christ is needed to remedy the problem. Collective problems across ministries, organisations and denominations are generational longstanding ones.

Jesus warned against these heretic spirits in His messages to John for the 7 churches of Asia Minor. It is an entrenched systemic spiritual problem through the 7-periods of the global Church. It must be identified and tackled else many leaders will fall away, dried and brittle on the vine because of unbelief and resisting the truth. Snakes represents strong levels of demonic deception, manipulation and control as Satan is likened to this creature. In the Garden of Eden, Satan disguised himself as a smooth talking snake, usurping authority over God’s Word, presenting to Adam and Eve a plausible argument why they should eat of the forbidden Tree of Knowledge. I believe, however that the dream is really about the pure doctrine being contaminated.

A Warning to the End Time Church

The spirit of deception is rife but there is still yet a strong delusion coming to the unsuspecting end-time church. We are being warned to resist the strongholds of evil, covertly seeking to go undetected under the guise of a busy church life.. The pandemic may have been the means by which a halt to church life has caused many to re-evaluate their spiritual state and reflect on what church life was all about. They will contemplate how they want to go forward from hereon. “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches…” (Revelation 2:11, ESV

What I am being fed in my spirit is that the Body of Christ must repent and heed the bidding of the Spirit. Whatever your spirit is urging you to do to make amends, you must do it now. Lay your gifts at the altar, go and say sorry to those wronged, make right and then proceed to carry out your righteous works. It is time to do away with religion that keeps men in spiritual captivity going through repetitive works, yet failing to make right to others wronged. Love is the fulfilment of the law of the Spirit and the principle thing in all we do. The love of God is the Kingdom’s signature mark, not works. Keeping a low profile, disguised behind religious piousness, slithering around, hidden behind works and being in denial about the injustices wrought against others will not excuse you in this next season. In fact, those who will not repent graciously and contritely will come under a greater stronghold. Only this season’s designated mantle that they have rejected can break the bondage they are in. Like Jacob and his family they will be forced to go down to Egypt because of the widespread spiritual famine for the sustaining bread.

In this season it will not be the efforts of the current church that bring about the end time refreshing the Body of Christ so desperately need. It will be the end time strategic 7-fold healing mantle, bestowed upon the prophet chosen and trained by God for this season, that will vivify the global church. It is the season of the prophetic mantle accomplishing the culminating works of the rapture readying Body of Christ. This brings me to what the Spirit would have me divulge to the Body of Christ.

Without fear of recrimination or intimidation, I announce unequivocally to the global Body of Christ that the injustices unleashed upon the emerging servants of God in this time will have far reaching consequences. I believe the injustices and mistreatment of the prophets will precipitate changes in the Body of Christ that will change the spiritual atmosphere. A demarcation line between them that are of God and those that are not is being revealed for this time. Yes, we are in the time of separation of the wheat and the tares. This season is upon us. As we are ushered into Rosh Hashanah (5782) 2022, immense change is coming to the Body of Christ. There will eventually be a mass falling away as the dry brittle stubs on the true vine fall away. The end time spirits of unforgiveness and rebellion have strengthened as strongholds in unrepentant hearts. We must obey God and act immediately when the Spirit reveals our unrighteous hidden works. Let not the spirit of pride bring you to spiritual destruction, alienated from the presence of a loving Father. Let us bear each other up in the love of God.

The dream also indicates that listening to the prophets in this end time is what will bring success. “..Believe in the LORD your God, and you will be established; believe his prophets, and you will succeed.” (2 Chronicles 20:21, ESV). Those chosen servants with the mantle to arouse the Body of Christ from complacency and spiritual inertia are key. The higher mantle-anointing is intended in this end season to elevate Jesus, the Spirit of Prophecy. If His chosen servants are rejected and slighted by men, it was first done to Jesus. The 20/20 spiritual sight they have received comes out of the personal training they underwent during the decade of Ayin (2010-2019), by God. This level of insight is intended to flush out the camouflaged and hidden works of evil seeking to evade this 7-fold revelatory vision.

In the dream it is clear we really are dealing with a high level of end time deception here. There are those in the leadership who are fearless to grapple with this spirit. With renewed higher works of love, relational integrity and spiritual understanding, the Church when working collectively with the end time cohort of chosen prophetic servants, can achieve success. The global Church, through this season’s prophetic mantle can receive the Spirit-revealed knowledge, necessary to crush the serpent’s head. The 7-fold prophetic mantle, assigned for this season will discern high levels of evil works orchestrated against the end time Ekklesia, that current mantles of this end season are not mantled to detect.

Poison in the Pot

Elisha the head prophet of the School of Prophets was in the land of Gilgal where there was a severe famine. He instructed that food be prepared for his 100 trainee prophets. With a scarcity of food, one of the young men decided to go and look for herbs for the stew being prepared. He came upon a wild vine with gourds. He proceeded to pick as many as he could gather in his garment and returned to cut them up and put them into the pot. A bit of ‘pot luck’ you might say. The bible recalls that no one knew what sort of gourds they were. “And they poured it out for the men to eat, but when they tasted the stew they cried out, “There is death in the pot, O man of God!” And they could not eat it. (1 Kings 4:40, BSB). The stew was inedible and these hungry prophets called out to Elisha for the solution to neutralise the poison in the pot.

Now, flour is the main ingredient of bread, a universal staple diet. When Israel was preparing to leave Egypt behind, God instructed Moses to tell the people that they should eat no ‘leaven’ which denotes sin. “Therefore let us keep the feast, not with the old bread, leavened with malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and of truth.” (1 Corinthians 5:8) This was Israel’s First Passover, a time of sacred preparation, passing from captivity and slavery in Egypt to freedom in Canaan. “They are to eat the meat that night, roasted over the fire, along with unleavened bread and bitter herbs.” (Exodus 12:8). Therefore, it is safe to say that the flour that Elisha called for indicated the word of authority to neutralise the poison in the pot from the gourds of the wild vine.

The scriptures say that Jesus is the True Vine. He will sustain us even in the times of spiritual famine. We have no need to go scratching around for what appears edible and harmless, yet is contaminating and deadly. We can draw a lesson from the actions of the young prophet that we must discern the spirits and situations, be studious in the word against strange doctrines and be governed by the Spirit for wisdom and understanding. What we pick up along our journey must be verified in the Word to ensure it is spiritually edible. Only then can it be shared amongst the flock of God, as the consequences could be deadly. “Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.“ (1 Peter 5:8. BSB). (2 Timothy 4:2 ) instructs us to “preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching’. With the pure word we go through testing in the Refiner’s crucible. It will not be pleasant to digest the bitter herbs of Truth, but it will purge the sinful heart and remove every dross.

SOMEONE REMEMBERED JOSEPH

“Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!” (Psalms 105:15, BSB)

I woke this morning, 19th June 2021 to these resounding words, ‘Someone remembered Joseph’. I carried on with a few chores as I heard them again, and again. I quickly reached for my bible and began reading the passages pertaining to Joseph and his prison cellmates.

I knew this was a ‘now’ word for me. It was yet another key Spirit-released word aligning me to my full breakthrough. Since entering 2021 rapid changes are taking place around me as I hurdle towards the promise of restoration. It is truly amazing to see how God has used prophetic writings to release me from this place of waiting. I do not know who is reading my blogs but God has always assured me that it is not business as usual where ministers write their books, launch them and benefit from their well deserved hard work. Not so for me! The Spirit has always reiterated that it was not yet my season for launching books. The Spirit fed my spirit that the purpose for the publication of my books is to stir the spiritual atmosphere. Any backlash coming from writing would be experienced during my time of testing before entering my public role.

I am now able to write without any repercussions whatsoever. Unless of course it is something entirely new then I would be tested on it. But the point being made is that I have overcome the testing season and passed the test as God showed me in dreams. Yes, I have passed the test and in a dream I had twice, which is a certainty, I was surrounded by an angelic host as they clapped their wings. I was clapping as the tears flowed. It was a touching and beautiful experience.

During my season of change, the Spirit revealed that it would not be the Body of Christ that celebrate what God is doing through me. Many have looked at my efforts from afar with contempt. It need not have been so if everything had gone to God’s original plan. But the enemy had his dirty paw-marks printed all over the script as the leadership failed me. Everything I have worked on and prepared, I have been led to put out there as active faith. Indeed, the Spirit urged me that my affirmation as an end time strategic prophet would not come through the body of Christ. No, they judge by what their eyes see and thankfully I do not qualify for the part according to man’s judgement. Hence, my solitary journey of rejection for purpose. Well, I wonder what they will make of me now, as the experiences after ten years have prepared me for an unimaginable upgrade?

Joseph Mistreated for Purpose

The word given to Joseph from God as a young lad in his father’s house came in dreams. As Joseph recalled his dream it was not well received by his jealous siblings. “For the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.” (Amos 3:7, BSB) In time, Joseph’s life took a course that he could not have imagined. He was rejected and mistreated by his brother as they plot to kill him. They conspired to throw him into a pit. Left for dead in the pit he was retrieved and eventually sold on to travelling merchants. (18) “They bruised his feet with shackles and placed his neck in irons, (19) until his prediction came true and the word of the LORD proved him right.” (Psalms 105:18-19, BSB). Joseph’s journey would in time bring him into the house of a wealthy Egyptian official, namely Potiphar. He found favour in Potiphar’s house and was given full charge under his master concerning the stewardship of the household. Potiphar’s wife, besotted with the godly young man, in a fit of spite, being shamefully rejected and humiliated she accused him of trying to rape her. (13) “When she saw that he had left his cloak in her hand and had run out of the house, (14) she called her household servants. “Look,” she said, “this Hebrew has been brought to us to make sport of us. He came to me so he could sleep with me, but I screamed as loud as I could.  (15) When he heard me scream for help, he left his cloak beside me and ran out of the house.” (Genesis 29:13-15, BSB). As a young man of spiritual integrity he ran for his life escaping the evil cutches of Potiphar’s wife. Her lies would be his undoing in his master’s household. He was seized upon and thrown into prison.

God permitted the events unfolding in young Joseph’s life as he was chosen for purpose. Behind every prophetic word given by God there is an experiential journey fraught with testings, challenges and spiritual attacks. Like Job, one is always tested on their spiritual integrity. When all the trappings of your life are removed, can you remain resolute in your faith? When you are accused of sinning, rejected by those you loved and forgotten, do you still hold on to the word God gave you, many years earlier?

Spiritual integrity is continuing with what is right in God’s word even when you are doubted, your reputation is in tatters and everyone has walked away. By virtue of that word being prophetic, the long wait will see the faithful ones around you eventually drop away. It is a journey that reveals the heart of those nearest to you. But there is no victory without the battles to test the cogency of a word from God. A word, is rightly to be tested and proven true.

God’s Timing

It was whilst in prison that Joseph met the Chief Butler and Chief Baker of Pharoah’s household. His prison experiences with his cellmates was part of the aligning of the word given to him by God, coming into being. His journey, fraught with relational issues, goes with the territory of being called by God to an earthly assignment in the nations.

In time, God would ensure that someone remembered Joseph. When a season of disfavour ends for God’s servant, He will move every obstacle to bring about divine favour. A ‘kiaros’ moment ushers in divine change. At every opportunity the mantle is stirred as the prophetic gift in Joseph makes room for him as the need arises. His spiritual gift was the interpretation of dreams. King Pharaoh had a dream twice and sought help with the interpretations. His magicians, diviners and the astrologers of Egypt could not interpret the dreams.

In the fullness of time, the Butler would remember Joseph, the man he met in prison who could interpret Pharoah’s dream. He confessed his sins that added to Joseph’s sentence in prison and went to the King. “Finally, the king’s chief cup-bearer spoke up. “Today I have been reminded of my failure,” he told Pharaoh.” (Genesis 41:9, BSB).  The troubled king then came to learn of the young Hebrew man incarcerated in his prison. God orchestrated it that Joseph’s gift was now needed in Egypt, the place of his confinement. Joseph would be God’s chosen servant in a time of national crisis to bring salvation from a severe famine that would threaten Egypt and the other nations. “So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, who was quickly brought out of the dungeon. After he had shaved and changed his clothes, he went in before Pharaoh.” (Genesis 41:14, BSB). On meeting the King, Joseph did not refrain from telling Pharaoh that his God was the interpreter of dreams.

Once God’s servant was identified, the process from prison into the palace was a swift transformation. There was no looking back for Joseph as great favour completely changed his life. HIs time had come to prosper in the things ordained for him. The word given him many years earlier of his family bowing down to him was about to come to past. His prophetic word would prove him to be true and propel him exponentially into a position of strategic authority in the government in Egypt.

A Word From God

Every word from God must come to pass and be attested under persecution, rejection and mistreatment.. By virtue of that word being from God, it sets in motion a backlash from the realm of evil as the enemy of destiny seeks to prevent its fulfilment. Such ferocious assaults against a servant of God is an indication of the strategic level of that word in the nations. Sadly, it is the people nearest to you that will come under attack as to bring the greatest pain to your heart. Others who are not privy to the day to day spiritual challenges, cannot fully appreciate what it takes spiritually to release souls in the nations and bring them out of the darkness that envelopes their souls. They will judge you falsely as they are easily preyed upon by the enemy. Again, it is the way the enemy works against the erring, sinfully unrestrained people. The Lord always remind me to forgive them for they do not know what they are doing.

Like Joseph, in confinement you spend much valuable time alone with God musing over the gross injustice done to you. The training and preparation you undergo will in time yield dividend. It will all make much more sense as breakthrough looms.

The Lord indicated to me that I was many years in preparation ahead of those who have now come on stream in the last few years and months, readying their piece of the jigsaw puzzle. The Spirit revealed I was preparing a Kingdom platform that many others can work from. Soon to be revealed will be the greater scheme of what this was all about. It will be a platform of projects, businesses, spiritual gifts and unique ministries. A display of creativity, diversity and all spiritual manifestations and differentiations of human potential. The control, drudgery and sameness of church life will be a thing of the past, as our Lord reveals what He had in mind to show off humanity’s kingdom uniqueness, purposes and individualism. The time comes when the word from God that you carry will bring about its intended purpose.
